rotating from days to nights (6am-6pm & 6pm-6am).
Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Production Supervisor at our Morgantown, KY location.
This position has a direct impact on the success of the Rotary department at our Morgantown Plant.
If you are a Production Supervisor who can:
Help Guide others to meet production and quality needs in a safely manner Conduct Root Cause Anaylsis for scrap, downtime, or other processes Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing Create a team friendly enviornment Assist in scheduling production Then you will be the perfect Production Supervisor candidate for Real Alloy.

Qualifications:
Education or equivalent experience required Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school plus two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience.
Computer or technical skills required You should be proficient in:
Lean Manufacturing Principles Scheduling Experience High-level Operations Analysis Foundry Environment Experience Salary info:
$28 - $33 / hr Recommended Skills Auditing Friendliness Interpersonal Skills Lean Manufacturing Moulder Operations Research Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
